I thought it would be cool to see what you guys think are the pros and cons of each MGS game of the major 4 titles. I'll start with mine...

MGS1
+First amazing stealth action game for Playstation.
+Epic Story
+Psycho Mantis boss battle
+High Difficulty
+Nice setting for the game
+Amazing antagonist
-No rolling and less weapons

MGS2
+Big step up in graphics!
+Again great story
+Soldiers set path made the game promote stealth
+Plentiful amount of boss battles and all of them being well done.
+Another good setting
+Movie mode
-Being Raiden over Snake for majority of the game
-Some cut scenes were a tad boring

MGS3
+CQC added!
+Revolver Ocelot at his finest
+Young Big Mama lol
+Boss fights as always
+The End boss battle deserves its own plus
+Started the L1 pressing in scenes
+Snake vs Monkies
+Funny Johnny scene
-Easily can run and gun the entire game without using any stealth
-Felt shorter than the rest

MGS4
+Best story of the 4! (Says a real lot)
+Graphics beyond God like
+Sound is mind blowing
+Ability to help rebels
+Can choose to sneak or Rambo
+Octocamo
+Great new characters
+MGO included!
+Drebin shop
+Explains all questions from previous games well
-No Movie mode (Really wanted it for this game)
-VR missions not included
+-After it is over you wish there was more

i really thought MGS3 felt longer...especially longer than 1. 1 was really short IMO.

MGS1......they never included the FAMAS again....
was it a FAMAS?

Would have liked to seen it in MGS4 =(

I have portable ops but i have never played it.
