I picked a few because they are all awesome.

Is this only for MGS4 though? I found Liquid Ocelot to be better in other games so I still marked him high. Otacon obviously is a great character and his voice actor rocks. Akiba was the best new character and is very funny. Big Mama because of..."Call me Mama......BIG MAMA."
